[Parity] Wall torch 3D model uses incorrect shape (parallelepiped vs. rotated cuboid)

There is a visual parity issue regarding how torches are rendered when placed on walls. In Java Edition (since version 1.8), wall torches are rendered as rotated cuboids. However, in the current Bedrock Edition version, they are still rendered as parallelepipeds (skewed model).

This affects the visual consistency between platforms, as the Bedrock model looks distorted compared to the updated Java model.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

  2. Place any solid block on the ground.

  3. Place a Torch on the side of that block.

  4. Look closely at the shape of the torch from the side profile.

  5. Compare it with a wall torch in Minecraft Java Edition.

Observed Results: The torch uses a "skewed" model (parallelepiped). The vertical sides are slanted, distorting the cuboid shape, effectively stretching the model diagonally.

Expected Results: The torch should use a rotated cuboid model to match Java Edition parity. The torch should appear as a straight rectangle simply rotated at an angle, without the skewed distortion.
