Third-person camera clips to black screen when sneaking inside upside-down stairs or tight partial-block gaps

Since the introduction of 1.5-block sneaking in version 1.16, the third-person camera could clip into blocks and cause the screen to turn partially/fully black when the player is positioned inside certain non-full blocks. While many cases of this issue were fixed over time, it is still reproducible in version 1.21.132. The issue occurs when sneaking inside upside-down stair blocks (both vanilla and custom) and also when standing in the center of four connected fence blocks that create a small enclosed gap. When the player is inside these blocks and switch to third-person view, the camera clips into the block collision or geometry, resulting in a partial/full black screen. This does not occur in first-person view and does not happen with full blocks.

Expected Result:
The third-person camera should correctly adjust to partial block geometry and tight gaps without clipping or obstructing the view.

Actual Result:
The camera clips into the block geometry, causing the screen to turn black.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an upside-down stair block and enter the space beneath it, or place four fence blocks connected together to form a small gap in the center

2. Stand inside the block space or gap

3. Switch to third-person view

4. Observe the camera clipping and screen turning black
