I have been redeeming my Microsoft rewards using my points for Minecraft coin points

After redeeming the Microsoft rewards for the Minecraft coin, it seems that the the marketplace store in my Minecraft game on Xbox is not working. It’s just giving us an error code and nothing is loading skins. Nothing‘s working no live content essentially I guess that the marketplace is just in limbo and just failed. I don’t know why but we weren’t able to get anything from marketplace or anything. It won’t even load and it just gives us an error code. The error code is D-0020 we were really looking forward to getting the Stranger Things add-on and now we’re unable to do that which really sucks so please fix this as soon as possible thank you Mojang for all that you do really appreciate you and the games that you’ve made and the movie absolutely fantastic
