My aim when moving is stuttering even though there aren’t much mob around and my simulation distance is at lowest 4 chunk and my render distance is 5 chunk, im not lagging by the way.

Does this issue occur while moving on foot?
Does this issue still occur in a new world without any addons?
Did this issue occur on a LAN or on a multiplayer server?
