Many DLCs have practically disappeared and are impossible to download, it's not an internet problem, it's simply that many select items are unavailable for download by the players.
Among the affected DLCs, most are paid content, and cannot be enjoyed due to this problem.
Steps to follow:
Search for the Minecraft Classic Texture Pack
Try to download it.
This is a problem of utmost urgency.
