minecraft bedrock won't start

English is not my first lenguage so sorry for some mistakes.

I press the Start button, but a red window appears in the top right corner that says something like "unable to start Minecraft." I tried redownloading the launcher, but it didn't work. I also redownloaded Gaming Services as ChatGPT suggested. I don't know what else to try; I need help.
