Realms - Logged out on the 1/18/26 , and logged back in around 1600 on 1/19/26 to items missing in inventory and gear

Logged into missing items and character being level 1. I know I didn’t die as I’m playing in Peaceful mode and I logged in my home. Inventory items missing. Diamond gear missing. Is there a way to correct this or possible roll back my realm?
