The game lags after a while

When I've been playing for a long time the world starts to lag, the blocks go slow and break slowly, the objects fall slowly, the mobs go in slow motion and everything happens slowly. E freed up space on my play, cleaned the cache, rebuilt the database, downloaded the chunks simulation, even downloaded the graphics and nothing works. I've been reading on Reddit and it seems to be a problem with the Ps5 version of minecraft. At least more than 100 people have the same thing happening to them
