Can you provide logs and crash dumps? You can find them at %appdata%\.minecraft
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?
