Skins wont load

so on my Nintendo switch when I load in my first problem is that the main menu wont load properly and second is my skins nothing will load it, but when I click on classic skins it shows my skins packs that I bought and it actually shows that there loaded but when I try clicking on a skin to use it wont show that I'm wearing it it still shows default, I've tried resetting my switch also clearing ache but nothing works and it shows I have a skin on yes but when I load into a server it still shows I'm a default and sometimes it dosent let me load into servers or anything btw
