“Full keyboard mode” and "Invert camera Y-xis" options do not take effect until the world is reloaded

Summary:

After toggling “Full keyboard mode” or “Invert camera Y-axis” in Settings > Keyboard & Mouse, the change does not apply until the current world is reloaded.

This issue does not occur in 1.21.132.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world

2. Navigate to Settings > Keyboard & Mouse

3. Enable “Full keyboard mode” and “Invert camera Y-axis”

4. Attempt to use the numpad keys to move the camera

5. Move the mouse up or down

6. Reload the world

7. Repeat Steps 4 & 5

8. Disable “Full keyboard mode” and “Invert camera Y-axis”

9. Attempt to use Left Click or Right Click

10. Move the mouse up or down

11. Reload the world

12. Repeat Steps 9 & 10

Observed Results:

The controls only work properly after reloading the world.

Expected Results:

The controls should work immediately after the options are toggled, just as in 1.21.132.
