Below are the steps that appear to reproduce the issue, based on my observations.
Some steps involve assumptions, as the exact root cause is unclear.
Reproduction Steps:
Install Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows.
Add a large number of add-ons (behavior packs / resource packs) over time.
The total number of add-on folders becomes very large.
Storage usage increases significantly.
Launch the game while online and allow data to synchronize.
Open the Profile screen or trigger Marketplace loading.
The game freezes for several seconds and then crashes to desktop.
Observed Behavior:
The crash occurs consistently when the Profile screen or Marketplace begins loading.
The game runs normally in offline mode.
Worlds can be loaded and played successfully if the Profile / Marketplace is not accessed.
Reinstalling the game does not resolve the issue.
Deleting local data does not resolve the issue once cloud synchronization occurs.
This leads me to believe that Marketplace-related data (such as cached content, character data, or purchase data) associated with my Microsoft account may be corrupted.
Because the crash happens before I can access in-game settings, I am unable to clear or manage Marketplace data from within the game.
At this point, the game is unusable in online mode.
I would like to request assistance with one of the following:
Resetting or clearing Marketplace-related data associated with my account
Disabling Marketplace data synchronization for my account
Any other recommended steps to resolve corrupted Marketplace or Profile data
Please let me know if you need additional information, logs, or system details.
Thank you for your time and support.
Additional information:
I have also noticed that Minecoins are not loading in the Minecraft Launcher.
Even when logged in with the same Microsoft account, the Minecoins balance does not appear.
This seems to be related to the Marketplace loading issue and may indicate corrupted or unsynchronized account data.
The behavior is very similar to known C-0010 Marketplace/Profile issues, although no error code is displayed before the crash.
