major issues with /w, /msg and /tell

players with member permissions are not able to use /w, /tell or /msg commands on realms. it requires them to use Operator permission in order to send private messages, please fix this issue so players can use these commands again.

• Steps to reproduce the issue

Go on a realm/world without operator permission and try to use /w, /tell or /msg command.

• Expected result

players with member permissions should be able to use it and send a private message to another player or themselves.

• Actual result

but instead you get “invalid permissions for selector expansion”
