How to reproduce:
1. Click on a world to load into or travel to another dimension in-game.
2. Press F4 or the Select button while on the loading screen.
3. Observe the social drawer opening.
Observed results: you can open the social drawer on loading screens.
Expected results: you shouldn't be able to open the social drawer on loading screens.
