Trying to get my kid on Realms. He’s been in the realm for weeks and played multiple times on same device. Account is configured to allow access. Realms will not connect repeatedly and indicates network or configuration issue. Internet works fine. Minecraft marketplace works fine. Realms will not show up and will not connect. Switch to my account and realms on same pc and network and realms is immediately visible and works perfectly. Somehow child’s account will not allow realms connection.

uninstalling minecraft entirely, revoking then re-adding realms access to user then restarting multiple times and the access showed up. Second time I’ve gone through this entire sequence.
