bugg on lounching game

When i press play on bedrock edition it lounches for about 10 sec and before i get into the browser it just disapears, no error and no notification. same happens if i try to lounch it with minecraft for windows. hope you guys know about this, have tryed to reinstall 4 times. what do i do ? i dont know exactly what versjon i have becouse i cant see it, becouse i cant go into the game.
