Can't create or access worlds

I can’t access or create worlds. It was originally giving me a message for my existing worlds that I had marketplace content that I don’t have access to any longer. I removed all marketplace content and it still gave me the error. Even when I try to create a brand new world with no marketplace content and no customization it wont create anything, it just hangs at the create screen. I had to cancel my Realms subscription since I’m paying for something I can’t even access.
