Increases spawn rates for witches regardless of difficulty.

Ever since 1.21.131. Me and a buddy of mine(he plays Bedrock on Xbox Series X) have been noticing an uptick or severe increase of witch spawning on the surface or caves, that clearly rival Hard mode spawn rates. This is a general complaint since prior to aformentioned version, we never really had issues with the witch spawn rate. Mind you we don’t mess with tick speed or anything, we even play purely vanilla with no addons, yet we it doesn’t matter if its survival or creative, we still see a mass influx of witches than usual.
