Multiplayer worlds don't update along with the version

As the video showcased, the current version is 26.0 and an important multiplayer world of mine didn’t update to the current version. It seems to stay at 1.21.130 or earlier, and creating its projections by duplication or templates cannot fix the problem.

I tried to reproduce the problem with an old single player world in the video but failed, then I realized this problem might be caused by the world being shared by other players.
