Error code 0x1 and Minecraft launcher notworking

So I've had this bug once before it was fixed a month later but now I have it again and I've tried everything that Google and this site said to do, it still says error code 0x1 and I can't wait a month or even more plus it will not let me go to the Minecraft launcher and it says “failed to initialize GDK, please make sure Xbox app and gaming services are up to date" Ive done that and restarted those apps and it did nothing.
