The UI on the mobile edition of Minecraft after the update has shrunk, making it unplayable

After the newest update, I opened the game on my iPad and noticed that much of the UI, including the dressing room button, pause button, play button, and inventory have shrunk in size, making playing the game incredibly difficult and borderline impossible. I’m assuming that this is a bug that is occurring because of the newest update, and hopefully not a feature. I’ve included images of before and after the update to compare the size of the hotbar and pause button.
