The fireworks and rocket explosion effects don't have the corresponding NBT values

Probably since the birth of fireworks rockets, the actual NBT data for fireworks rockets that contain fireworks stars lacks tags like Fireworks and FireworkColor, which define the explosion patterns and colors of those fireworks stars. As a result, even if you save the rocket with these fireworks stars using structure blocks and then reload it, the fireworks stars won't appear. Please fix this
