Title Flickering non-full blocks on Android Bedrock

Оn Android devices, there is strong flickering in recent Minecraft Bedrock versions.

The flickering affects non-full blocks (partial blocks, item-like blocks, transparent or non-solid blocks).

In the newest versions, both blocks and player skins flicker.

In older versions that are still supported by the server, player skins do not flicker, but non-full blocks still flicker.

This issue makes the game visually uncomfortable, even though the game is still playable.
