Different weather conditions within the same world during split-screen play using the Nintendo Switch

Hello. My father and I encountered a situation during split-screen play on the Nintendo Switch where the weather differed despite being in the same world. This occurred in the same location; as shown in the attachment, we were only one tile apart (as per the coordinates in the attachment), yet one side was sunny while the other was rainy. Please take a look and address this.
