Triple times charged payment while making a purchase for one item

i was trying to make a purchase for a skinpack but there's a notice “please check your network connection” and then i tried to make another purchase for the same item again.. and it end up charge my TNG E-wallet triple times for only one skinpack that i purchased.. moreover, i only got 320 minecoin even though it charged my TNG E-wallet 3 times (rm7.90×3). give me my money back mojang. i am so disappointed.
