Inventory shows stacks over 64 and UI becomes broken

Description

In the inventory, an item stack can appear with a size of 99, which is above the normal limit of 64.

At the same time, the inventory UI becomes visually broken, and part of the background is displayed on the right side.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a command such as /give to obtain a large amount of the same block

2. Open the inventory

3. A stack with 99 items appears and the UI becomes broken

Expected Result

Item stacks should be limited to 64

The inventory UI should display correctly

Actual Result

A stack size of 99 is shown

The inventory UI is visually broken
