Resolution lowers when adding custom vibrant visuals packs

Sorry if my english is bad.

When i use a custom vibrant visuals pack from the marketplace and i add it to my world makes my game look pixelated and very low resolution for some reason. Im using poggy luminous dreams pack but this also happens with every other custom vibrant visuals pack But it never happens when I use vibrant visuals normally.

It also happens even tho I dont have vibrant visuals on but the pack is loaded into the world. I use a normal HD TV screen with nothing fancy on it and its really visible on there. I tried it on my phone too (s23 ultra) and it wasn't as visible as on the TV but I still noticed it.

I added some screenshots with text bubbles to show what I mean. You can see that with the pack its very blurry and pixelated as I said. And without it looks clear and normal. I had this issue since it was released and I thought it was my TV being broken again until I tested it on my phone.
