Ten Years of Minecraft Cape removed from

I don’t know when this happened. I had the cape since it was added and wore it at some point it got unequipped and I never reequipped it. It has probably been 2-3 years since I wore it. A few months ago I went to equip the it and noticed it was gone. I figured it would get fixed and didn't think twice about it. But it is still missing and I cant find any other bug reports about this issue. I obtained the cape on pocket edition, now I play on windows 10/11 but its neither on MCPE or Windows.
