Can't launcher the editor properly

Description: When using the official Minecraft Launcher to start the Bedrock Edition editor, it doesn't open up the world selection screen - instead, it just launches the game and takes me directly to the main menu

Steps to reproduce the issue：

Launch the official Minecraft Launcher, switch to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on the left, then switch to Creator Tools on top. Switch to the latest preview at the bottom, and then click “launch editor”. Once the game loads, you'll see the main menu displayed (Figure 1), not the world selection page like in the editor (Figure 2)

Expected result：

The editor opens normally, and the world selection page of the editor is displayed

Actual result：

The game started normally and showed the main menu
