Screen automatically reloads when accessing Create New World

• Short description of the issue
Create New World screen gets stuck in an infinite reload loop directly at the Marketplace content suggestions UI (thumbnails fail to load when online). Random black/white flickering and full black screen also occur when bypassing. Offline: Works fine. Existing worlds: No issues.

• Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition with internet ON (Wi-Fi/mobile data).

2. From main menu, tap "Play".

3. Tap "Create New" (+ icon).

4. Screen briefly loads then gets stuck/reloads infinitely at the Marketplace suggestions panel (top/bottom UI with content packs – many thumbnails fail to load).

5. Loop repeats endlessly WITHOUT returning to Play menu – stays trapped in suggestions UI.

6. Turn OFF internet → suggestions don't load, full Create New World screen opens normally (no loop).

7. (Bypass attempt) Tap quickly through suggestions to enter world settings → proceeds but random black/white flashing occurs, sometimes full black screen (must switch tabs/force close app to recover).

• Expected result
Marketplace suggestions load or fail gracefully. Full Create New World screen opens without looping, flickering, or black screens.

• Actual result

• Infinite reload loop TRAPPED at Marketplace suggestions UI (repeats continuously, no escape to Play menu).

• Thumbnails of many content packs fail to load, triggering the loop (online only).

• When bypassing: Random black/white screen flicker + occasional full black screen (no lag/FPS drop).

• Force close/reopen app temporarily fixes, but bug recurs.

• Existing/saved worlds load/play perfectly (no loop or flicker).

• Started at 1.21.132, persists in 26.2 hotfix.
