Block scramble

I was going and playing on a regular world, does have some add-ons. When I spawn in, every side of the netherrack was the output side of the observer quartz was powered rails (powered), and torches were invisible. Other blocks were messed up in several ways also, and when I rejoined, everything was normal. I encountered the glitch at around 2:40 on Friday, February 27th.
