Behavior packs' description and name cannot be loaded from their texts folder

I found this issue when I’m making a translation on pack description on my anticheat. I find that the pack.description cannot show the translated text from the lang files. It’s not the only issue from only my packs. A pack call WorldEdit (https://github.com/SIsilicon/WorldEdit-BE/tree/master ) , their BP also show the original pack.description instead for translated text. Nevertheless, resource pack can be show clearly.
