Skins and other things aren't loading

So I’ve noticed that Skins, signs, earlier words, and my armor weren’t loading in. I even looked in the marketplace and went into a bedrock server, and I couldn’t see my skin or any skins at all. I also have no clue why signs, words, and armor are invisible too. I have also provided videos.
