Description:
A hopper minecart should stop absorbing
dropped items when a container (like a chest) is placed directly above its center. Currently, the hopper minecart only blocks items if they pass directly through the central hitbox area, but it still absorbs items falling onto the sides of the hopper component.
Steps to Reproduce:
* Place a Hopper Minecart on a rail.
* Place a Chest directly on top of the hopper minecart.
* Drop items onto the chest/minecart assembly.
Actual Result:
Items falling onto the center are blocked, but items falling onto the edges of the hopper minecart are still absorbed.
Expected Result:
The container on top should completely block the hopper minecart from absorbing any dropped items.
