[MCPE-236801] Paste Coordinates button pastes coordinates twice in the chat

Regression of MCPE-228233 .

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Settings > Creator and enable the Copy Coordinate UI option
Open the chat
Press the Copy Coordinates button at the top, and then the Paste Coordinates button next to it

Observed Results:

The coordinates are pasted twice.

Expected Results:

The coordinates should be pasted once.
