The game acts asif I have very slow internet sometimes saying i have no internet

When I enter the game I cannot choose classic skins or join others worlds or realms I have tried deleting the minecraft launcher, deleting Bedrock and reinstalling, launching straight from windows and restarting my internet I have tried clearing my cache and logging out of my xbox account java works fine and other games run fine. i cannot select some menu options.
