After the patch the area I had been in for hours before patching became incredibly sluggish going down to 5fps and constant stuttering, it had a couple of skeleton spawners I was farming so it could had been the skeletons / the arrows / the drops I wasn’t picking up.
The amount of RAM minecraft was using after just a couple of minutes of playtime was also ridiculous.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Simply stating that "My game is sluggish" is not helpful for Mojang to diagnose your issue. If you can pinpoint a specific cause when this happens for you, please open a new report for that specific issue and include the list of steps as mentioned in the instructions on the reporting page.
