Slime rendering issue when look at through a slime block

Slimes are not properly being rendered behind slime blocks when look at it throuhg a slime block.
(I am using Vibrant Visuals)
Steps to reproduce:
- make a wall out of slime blocks
- summon slime behind the wall
- stand on the other side of the wall and look at the slime
- Voila! Slime is not being rendered properly (see attachment)
What i expect: The slime is rendered behind the slime block.
What i see: slime is rendered in front of slime block
