Vibrant Visuals: Bedrock blocks on the Exit End Portal have a glowing/emissive effect

While playing in the "The End" dimension with the "Deferred Technical Preview" (PBR) feature enabled, the Bedrock blocks on the exit portal and some structures appear to have an unintended glowing/emissive effect. This occurs on the latest Beta/Preview version.
