Bot problem in multiplayer hosted Bedrock worlds

I’ve come across a growing bot problem in Minecraft Bedrock worlds where seamingly out of nowhere 2 bot accounts join the game and start flooding the chat with adds for a plugin and discord server and they both have operater privilages, appear in the player list as “external” (can’t be kicked or banned) and demote everyone to Visitor except the world host/owner

I’m starting to think this is a bug abusing Bedrock allowing people to join worlds with codes or directly through LAN? I can’t find much info on the topic and the few reddits threads I found on it are stumped too

The “user” that joins has no name, in chat is listed as “<EXTERNAL>” and the player list has their user as a discord invite link
