[MCPE-236983] Rendering Skins in Worlds/Realms with an Add-on Enabled May Cause Temporary Freezing

Every time I get close to a player, the game freezes while loading their skin if an add-on with player.entity files is enabled.
The issue is most likely related to the render controllers.

Extremely irritating bug, Only recently started happening in the v1.26.0 update, never happened before. Makes multiplayer-with some addons almost UNPLAYABLE
