Increasing lag leading to crash after several minutes on Android

When playing Minecraft Bedrock on Android, the game begins to lag progressively after a few minutes of gameplay.

The performance starts normally, but after around 2–3 minutes the game begins to stutter more frequently until the screen freezes and the application closes.

This appears similar to a memory buildup or memory leak, as the lag increases gradually over time rather than happening immediately.

The issue seems to occur more frequently when using medium or heavy addons, but the pattern of increasing lag and eventual crash suggests a possible memory management issue.

The issue happens even when the player is standing still and not fighting or performing actions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock on Android.

2. Create or load a world.

3. Play normally for several minutes.

4. After around 2–3 minutes the game begins to stutter.

5. Lag gradually increases until the screen freezes.

6. The application then closes.

Expected Result:

The game should maintain stable performance and not crash over time.

Actual Result:

Performance gradually degrades until the game freezes and closes.

This issue occurs consistently when testing.

Additional Information:

The issue was also observed on an earlier version of Minecraft Bedrock (around 1.21.131). I cannot confirm if it occurred in versions before that because I was not using the same addon or playing for long enough sessions at that time.

However, the behavior of gradually increasing lag followed by a crash appears consistent in the versions tested.
