I paid for the natural texture pack, at step 2 importing does not pass 0% and download immediately fails. Troubleshooting steps via Minecraft.net sent me to Xbox due to an outage in their backwards compatibility. Total diagnostics and troubleshooting with Xbox says not a problem on their end. Other marketplace items import and complete download.

Same problem for me. Ever since the last update 26.3 (or whatever it is as of 17th march 2026)
It says UPDATE on the marketplace for natural texture pack, and will not let me use it until it’s updated however, clicking update doesn’t do anything.
It gets to 100% then says FAILED: TO INSTALL
I’ve even cleared the cache for the textures and resources, uninstalled and reinstalled the game… nothing.
This is the only texture pack I’ve used since it was released.
I’m also having this issue. I had this downloaded for quite a while before noticing in Marketplace that an update was available. No matter what I did the update status didn’t change. Foolishly I deleted the pack off my xbox and tried to redownload it getting the above situation described in the bug. Unfortunately none of my worlds are playable now as they indicate: “There was a problem loading pack. Restarting your game or redownloading the pack might solve the issue.”
I have the same issue on PC, Bedrock, looked up how to download the update, said to goto Storage, delete the pack, then redownload, now I cant download it, just fails everytime
