Have to double click on everything

Basically, it's been months since that started, i didn't mind it at first, thinking it would go away or smt, but it didn't, i have to double click on everything to interact, even on the menu and any configuration i wanna change, that affects the gameplay and any “click related thing”. Idk how that happened, just appeared out of nowhere and now wont go away
