Can’t load into realms

We were in the middle of playing a game and it completely booted us out. Now we can’t load into the game it’ll get to where it tells us the region is loading in from, and sometimes it won’t make it to the part it tells us what region we are loading in from but it will just boot us out and says that something about nether net we’ve tried logging out of our Minecraft accounts and logging back in. We have the updated version we’ve restarted our Internet we’ve restarted our PlayStation and nothing is working.
