The loading screen tips for worlds with addons can appear when opening worlds without addons.
Steps to reproduce:
1: Open a creative world that has addons. You will get the “Modified World” loading screen tips as expected.
2: Exit the world with addons, and enter a different world without addons.
Expected result:
You do not see the addon tips when loading into the world without addons.
Actual result:
You see the addon tips when loading into the world without addons.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-189675, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
