It won't let me generate worlds in minecraft bedrock

The game opens normally, but when I try to create a world in Minecraft Bedrock, I press create world and only the loading screen remains, as if it were bugged, nothing happens or the world is not created, however, if you let me join realms and servers, it would be very kind to solve my problem.
