Left tabs automatically scroll when opening Create World or Edit World UI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Create New World or Edit an existing world.

2. Observe the left tab list (Game, World, Resource Packs, Behavior Packs, etc.).

3. Do not touch the scroll bar, mouse wheel, or touch screen.

Observed Result

The left tab bar scrolls up or down automatically without any input. It keeps drifting and makes it hard to select the correct tab.

Expected Result

The left tab list stays still and only scrolls when the user manually scrolls or selects.

Additional Information

This issue affects all menu navigation in Create World / Edit World screens and happens consistently every time the UI is opened.
