Buried Treasure sometimes generates without a Heart of The Sea

Buried Treasure sometimes generates without a Heart of the Sea. Even though they are supposed to generate a Heart of the Sea 100% of the time, it doesn’t generate. This is the third time this has happened in my world.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Spear.mcworld.

2. Dig down 4 blocks.

3. Open the chest.

Expected result:

• The chest generates with a Heart of the Sea.

Actual result:

• The chest generates with no Heart of the Sea.
