Game keeps freezing and crashing when I open my world

Game keeps freezing and crashing when I open my world, can hardly move because it glitches out stopping and starting every few seconds and sooner or later I get kicked out, it also says im out of storage which is also wrong because ive got about 200gb spare. Not been playing too long but i am a keen bullder, i love playing it! It's frustrating because I have spent months of hard work and effort creating in the particular world. Please could you try and fix this for me? I'd be grateful if so. Thank you.
